Location: Vancouver, BC

As a 3D Artist, your job will be to translate architectural plans into photorealistic 3D models for interior and exterior views. You must be experienced in all things 3D: modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and post-production. There will be an opportunity to learn physically-based rendering techniques in this position.
A keen attention to detail is needed to ensure that deliverables adhere to our clients’ specifications. You must be able to collaborate effectively with artists across offices, as well as with clients during project status meetings.

 

responsibilities:

  • Create photorealistic renderings for both interiors and exteriors
  • Author textures and materials
  • Produce high-quality renderings under tight deadlines
  • Multitask on different projects at any given time

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience with modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering and post- production workflows
  • Proficient in 3DS Max
  • Exemplary focus on results and project delivery
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to think both creatively and logically
    to resolve problems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills: must be able to function as
    part of multi-disciplinary teams across offices
  • Flexible and willing to adapt ideas to the needs of clients
  • Proficiency in VRay, Physically-Based Rendering, and Substance Designer
    ideal, but not required

 

pluses:

  • Ability to read architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, construction details, etc.)
  • Editing skills in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent
  • Experience with real-time rendering
  • Experience with the real estate industry
  • Experience with the software development cycle

As experts in virtual reality, our SDRs consult with clients to understand their needs, identify ways our virtual reality products and services can transform their businesses, and assist our production in content capturing after a deal is closed. The virtual reality industry is young, so a uForis Sales Development Representative is not only building towards the success of our company, but also the awareness and reach of virtual reality.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Become proficient in virtual reality technology and knowledgeable in industry trends
  • Perform outbound prospecting through telephone and email
  • Qualify leads and create a sales pipeline
  • Update and maintain customer relationship management databases
  • Follow through on leads for new business
  • Manage client communication
  • Schedule photography shoots with freelance photographers and clients
  • Oversee on-site photography shoots and supervise photographers
  • Assist with the post-processing process of getting the footage ready for virtual reality
  • Consistently achieve monthly goals

  • 1-2+ years of experience with software sales and the software development cycle
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
